We are an independent consultancy, who act as an intermediary for people like yourselves who may be looking to buy a property in Asturias.
Asturias is possibly the only area of Spain where property is still rising, 7% last year according to popular television programme Place in the Sun
We know from first hand experience how daunting and yet how exciting buying a property in a foreign country can be. Our role is to guide you through the process of buying a property in an efficient, honest, professional and friendly way. If you have questions, we’ve probably asked them ourselves at some point and may well know the answer, if not we would make it our job to find out.

Alexia
Alexia was born in Asturias and has never considered living elsewhere. With a degree in tourism, she works in tourist development for the Valle del Nalón, and has a deep knowledge of all things Asturian. She speaks excellent English and is an ideal person to introduce you to this diverse and lovely region: her enthusiasm for life is infectious.
Geraldine
Geraldine came to live in Asturias three years ago having fallen in love with the region whilst on a climbing holiday . She works as a mountain guide in both northern Spain and the greater ranges. Having bought a property in Asturias, she understands how daunting this can be and would like to help to make your property purchase in Asturias as enjoyable as possible.
Martin
Martin is our creative director. He works behind the scenes to ensure that our web site is informative, attractive and simple to navigate. His time is divided between Reykjavik where he works as a photographer/graphic designer and Asturias: his passion is ‘Fabada Asturiana’ a popular local bean and chorizo dish.
